2. Seventeen years experience in Real Estate Appraisal Business.

3. The following Tennessee counties have been covered Tipton, Shelby, Dyer, Lauderdale, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Madison, and McNairy.

4. Have experience in various types real estate appraisal including 1-4 family units, vacant land, and relocation properties.

5. Appraisals have been performed for a variety of lending institutions, investors, attorneys, real estate concerns, for individuals for financing and credit, for insurance and other purposes.

6. Obtained a BBA at Memphis State University in 1986.
